Shipment Processing Time

In general, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship out all orders placed before 3pm PST the same business day that they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2-4 Business Day Shipping on all Domestic (U.S.) Orders

International Shipping is typically 6+ business days

Shipping is nonrefundable on returns and the customer is responsible for paying the return postage. 

Double Check Your Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the shipping address left by you, the customer. Any incorrect addresses or typos entered that result in packages not arriving to your address is not our fault and will not be eligible for a refund. Be sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you wish to reship your order with a corrected address you must cover the shipping charge for the reshipment.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
